Information you choose to provide
When you join the Dorsyth Archive, you provide an email address. We use it to send the release, artist, film, and store updates you requested. Artist-specific forms may also record which artist or page prompted the signup.
Services that help operate the site
Newsletter contacts and subscription preferences are processed through Resend. Hosting and aggregated site-usage information are provided through Vercel. Those providers process technical information under their own terms and privacy practices.
External destinations
The site links to music, video, social, pre-save, and commerce services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, DistroKid, and Fourthwall. Their privacy practices apply after you leave this site.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. To request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted directly to Dorsyth Records, email hello@dorsythrecords.com.
Data use
Dorsyth Records does not sell newsletter contact information. Information is retained only as needed to operate the archive, honor subscription preferences, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations.
